Hello Family,

We're excited to announce two upcoming Soulestial Yoga events on the same day! This unique experience in the heart of LA includes Ceremony (Cannabis optional), 90 minutes of Yoga (both Flow & Restorative), and a 1-hour Sound Bath Meditation, followed by a spread of Healthy Snacks and Community.

In our fast-paced and stressful daily lives, it can be extremely difficult to slow down and truly relax our minds and bodies. When we finally make an attempt to do so, we are instantly met by a barrage of thoughts and distractions. Even our bodies are uncomfortable, lacking ease and often struggling to heal. Centering on the Present moment and truly finding calm can seem almost impossible. Deeply connecting to our inner wisdom and healing potential seem to elude us.

It is with this disturbing and disconnected reality in mind that we have created a new spiritual practice that takes our need for deep relaxation and meditation seriously. With the use of a challenging workout, conscious breathing, beautiful atmosphere, music, Community, and Cannabis (optional), we will begin to slow down together and relax both our bodies & minds in order to make a serious attempt at touching the divine within each of us through Meditation. This can also give us a vision for how a continued state of relaxation (Peace) throughout our entire week would change our lives and our community.

What we are presenting, is that deep and sustained relaxation will bring us healing (physical/emotional/spiritual) wisdom through deeper insight and a greater capacity to love.
